Nestled on the picturesque Buhaira Corniche Street in Sharjah, 72 Hotel has become my personal favorite and the property I choose to stay at whenever possible. This hotel has truly become my second home in Sharjah, and the reason for this is the exceptional hospitality and warmth I experience with each visit. From the moment you step into 72 Hotel, you are greeted by a team that embodies humility and politeness. Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued. The genuine smiles and attentive service create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and comforting. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Reda, the current night manager, whose dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. Mr. Reda played a pivotal role in resolving my concerns by effectively communicating with the higher management and ensuring that my perspective was represented. His kind gesture is highly regarded and appreciated, reinforcing my affection for 72 Hotel. The rooms at 72 Hotel offer a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, with stunning views that add to the overall experience. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. In conclusion, 72 Hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a place where you feel at home. The staff's commitment to excellence, combined with the hotel's serene environment, makes it a must-visit destination in Sharjah. The hotel was overall quite nice—very clean with a good location. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doormen and restaurant personnel who provided excellent service. However, I believe the front desk staff, particularly the ladies at reception, could improve their customer service. Unfortunately, the view from my room was disappointing—it faced the back of the building and was quite different from the images shown on the website. I requested a room change, but the receptionist declined in a rather unfriendly manner, simply stating, "You get what you pay for." I later contacted the hotel, and the manager reached out to promise a room change, but that promise was never fulfilled. The swimming pool was also a letdown—very small and with an overpowering chlorine smell. In conclusion, while the hotel is clean and has potential, it falls short of the expectations one might have for a 5-star establishment. Improvements are needed in several areas, including customer service and the breakfast offering.
