The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Ahmed at reception and hotel manager Reda is extremely helpful and welcoming. Raju was also very polite and helped out with various thing. The staff overall made sure that my family had a nice stay. The house keeping girl (can't remember her name) did and extremely brilliant job of keeping our room clean everyday and went extra mile to ensure we had everything that was needed during our stay. Ibrahim in restaurant was also very welcoming. The management and owners of hotel 72 should be extremely proud of all the staff they have as this was my second trip to hotel and I will definitely be back when staying in Sharjah. Shahjahan and Pakistani Porter guy (forgot his name too) were extremely friendly and helpful too.

The location of Hotel 72 is excellent to say the least. Everything you need is a short walk away from the hotel (salon's, barber shop's, mini grocers, pharmacies, fast food joints and ATM's). The staff are lovely, welcoming and professional. The hotel has a beautiful interior design and is incredibly comfortable. I stayed for just over a month and wouldn't hesitate to go back. They have great facilities and everything is well kept. The hotel has modern features including some tech features like being able to control the entire apartments lighting from the side of your massive king sized bed. The rooms are surprisingly large (quite a walk from one end to the other) and and cleaned on a daily basis (towels and linen changed daily as well). There are great views just across the street if you enjoy sunset walks by the promenade, manicured grass and sweeping palm trees that make for great pictures. There's a good restaurant within the building but local eateries can be found nearby if you're a foreign traveller like myself looking to explore the colourful local food culture. The gym, swimming pool and sonas are all incredible features which are very clean, well designed yet pretty unused by the guests. All in all, this was easily my best hotel experience in the area. It really doesn't take much time for it to feel like home away from home.
