A clean and modern hotel in a prime location that offered exceptional customer service. A huge thanks to Paula and all her colleagues at Hotel 72 for being so welcoming and making my stay so enjoyable! Every single staff member I interacted with - without exception - was professional, friendly, and warm. The management are clearly doing something right here, in terms of professional culture. The room service food was good, and not extortionately priced as it is in some other hotels. The hotel is kept clean and tidy, and the staff are on-hand whenever you need them. And the location is absolutely perfect! Thank you Hotel 72 team for such a wonderful experience!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Ahmed at reception and hotel manager Reda is extremely helpful and welcoming. Raju was also very polite and helped out with various thing. The staff overall made sure that my family had a nice stay. The house keeping girl (can't remember her name) did and extremely brilliant job of keeping our room clean everyday and went extra mile to ensure we had everything that was needed during our stay. Ibrahim in restaurant was also very welcoming. The management and owners of hotel 72 should be extremely proud of all the staff they have as this was my second trip to hotel and I will definitely be back when staying in Sharjah. Shahjahan and Pakistani Porter guy (forgot his name too) were extremely friendly and helpful too.

This hotel has truly become my second home in Sharjah, and the reason for this is the exceptional hospitality and warmth I experience with each visit. From the moment you step into 72 Hotel, you are greeted by a team that embodies humility and politeness. Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued. The genuine smiles and attentive service create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and comforting. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Reda, the current night manager, whose dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. Mr. Reda played a pivotal role in resolving my concerns by effectively communicating with the higher management and ensuring that my perspective was represented. His kind gesture is highly regarded and appreciated, reinforcing my affection for 72 Hotel. The rooms at 72 Hotel offer a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, with stunning views that add to the overall experience. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. In conclusion, 72 Hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a place where you feel at home. The staff's commitment to excellence, combined with the hotel's serene environment, makes it a must-visit destination in Sharjah. The hotel was overall quite nice—very clean with a good location. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doormen and restaurant personnel who provided excellent service. However, I believe the front desk staff, particularly the ladies at reception, could improve their customer service. Unfortunately, the view from my room was disappointing—it faced the back of the building and was quite different from the images shown on the website. I requested a room change, but the receptionist declined in a rather unfriendly manner, simply stating, "You get what you pay for." I later contacted the hotel, and the manager reached out to promise a room change, but that promise was never fulfilled. The swimming pool was also a letdown—very small and with an overpowering chlorine smell. In conclusion, while the hotel is clean and has potential, it falls short of the expectations one might have for a 5-star establishment. Improvements are needed in several areas, including customer service and the breakfast offering.

With Ali , from 3rd to 10 th of April . Got an offer of pick up and dropp off from the airport to the hotel with no charge . Near to the most of good restaurants and lake. Fast check-in and out. Front desk staff are helpful in a friendly and professional manner Big room ,clean with good facilities Frequently cleaning,, saff Nissan and his colleagues used to give good services without delay.. Also, the staff who helped in our luggage on check-in and out Food from the restaurant was good and well arranged, soup was perfect, but once it was not in a good quality and cold.
